“Brasileirando” is the name they gave to their joint album and this is also the motto under which they play their concerts: in a “Brazilian way”. Their choice of songs is a very personal one with songs from their childhood and youth; an impressive mix of Bossa Nova, Samba, Tropicalismo and Música Popular Brasileira. It is also a journey through Brazil – from São Paulo in the South, where Juliana da Silva was born, to Salvador da Bahia, from the coast to the hinterland of Minas Gerais, where Geovany da Silveira comes from. You can expect a lot of joie de vivre, but also melancholy. Simply beautiful music!
