How can you engage with the subtle impressions from nature?
How can your body fuse with the place as a means of expression?
How can your movements & your voice tell stories without speaking?
How can you use the local conditions as a stage set, special effect, …?
Please be aware that the workshop takes place in public space and that you can be seen there by others!
Karen Remy: Nature has always been my home & given me a belonging that appealed to all my senses without overwhelming them. As a nature child in big cities & through my trainings, I have learned to heighten my senses, expand or focus perception & presence. This allows me to focus on the things that are important to me & to separate myself from things that are harmful or not beneficial to me. This mindfulness & sensual connection to nature, the earth, plants, animals & also people is a gift I have continued to train & a quality that is felt in my work. An embodied living spirituality – With all senses!
