Zimt und Zunder are five musicians who have created a space together in which they make music together in a self-determined way. Their ideas do not come from one person, but all of them contribute impulses and ideas, which they discuss with each other and decide on together. They want to be perceived as musicians and not as women* who make music. Nevertheless, they repeatedly experience situations in their everyday lives that show that equality is far from being achieved and that protected spaces are still important.
