In diesem Workshop erkunden wir <\/span>\u201eMerger as Research\u201c im Schwimmbad<\/b><\/span>, eine Bewegungs- und somatische Praxis, die die K\u00fcnstlerin aus ihren Erfahrungen im Meer entwickelt hat. Der Workshop verbindet Bewegung, K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung, Freediving, Meereskultur und \u00f6kologische Perspektiven. Durch sanfte Bewegungs\u00fcbungen und k\u00f6rperbasierte Praktiken erforschen die Teilnehmenden, wie wir unseren K\u00f6rper wahrnehmen, uns mit anderen verbinden und in Beziehung zur mehr-als-menschlichen Welt treten. Das Wasser wird zu einem Raum des Sp\u00fcrens, Imaginierens und Transformierens und l\u00e4dt dazu ein, neue Formen von Bewegung, gegenseitiger Unterst\u00fctzung und Verbundenheit zu erfahren. Der Workshop ist offen f\u00fcr Menschen mit unterschiedlichen K\u00f6rpern und F\u00e4higkeiten und setzt sich mit Barrierefreiheit, Umweltgerechtigkeit und Disability Justice auseinander. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich und die Teilnehmenden m\u00fcssen nicht schwimmen k\u00f6nnen. Alle sind eingeladen, unter Wasser ihre eigenen Formen des Bewegens, Sp\u00fcrens und kreativen Ausdrucks zu entdecken \u2013 individuell und gemeinsam.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ort: <\/b><\/span>Schwimmhalle Goethe-Universit\u00e4t Frankfurt, Ginnheimer Landstra\u00dfe 39, 60487 Frankfurt <\/span>\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Sprache(n): <\/b><\/span>Englisch <\/span>\u2022<\/span><\/span> Material:<\/b><\/span> Badeanzug\/Badehose, Badekappe, ein Handtuch und\/oder einen Bademantel, Schwimmbrille, Ohrst\u00f6psel, Nasenklammer und eine Wasserflasche, um w\u00e4hrend der Aktivit\u00e4t ausreichend zu trinken. Es ist empfehlenswert, Shorts und ein T-Shirt mitzubringen, die du \u00fcber der Badekleidung tragen kannst, um damit ins Wasser zu gehen. Falls du eine Schnorchelmaske sowie Tauch- oder Schwimmflossen hast, kannst du diese ebenfalls mitbringen. Zus\u00e4tzlich kannst du ein St\u00fcck Baumwollstoff und\/oder ein Kost\u00fcm mitbringen, mit dem du im Wasser experimentieren m\u00f6chtest. In this workshop, we will explore <\/span>\u201cMerger as Research\u201d in the swimming pool<\/b><\/span>, a movement and somatic practice developed by the artist through her experiences in the sea. The workshop brings together movement, body awareness, freediving, ocean culture and ecological perspectives.Through gentle movement and embodied exercises, participants will explore how we listen to our bodies, connect with others and relate to the more-than-human world. Water becomes a space for sensing, imagining and transforming, inviting us to explore different ways of moving, supporting each other and experiencing interdependence. The workshop welcomes different bodies and abilities and is informed by <\/span>accessibility, environmental justice and disability justice<\/b><\/span>. <\/span>No previous experience is required, and participants do not need to know how to swim.<\/b><\/span> Everyone is invited to discover their own ways of moving, sensing and creating underwater, both individually and collectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Location:<\/b> Goethe University Frankfurt swimming pool, Ginnheimer Landstra\u00dfe 39, 60487 Frankfurt \u2022 Language(s):<\/b>English \u2022 Materials:<\/b> Swimsuit\/swim trunks, swimming cap, a towel and\/or bathrobe, swimming goggles, earplugs, nose clip and a water bottle to stay hydrated during the activity. It is recommended to bring shorts and a T-shirt to wear over your swimwear when entering the water. If you have a snorkel mask and diving or swimming fins, you can also bring them. Additionally, you may bring a piece of cotton fabric<\/b> and\/or a costume to experiment with in the water.
