In der interaktiven Tanzperformance nimmt die T\u00e4nzerin uns mit auf einen unterhaltsame wie <\/span><\/span>auch tiefgr\u00fcndige Reise durch verschiedene Musikgenres und Tanzstile bis hin zu den eigenen <\/span><\/span>Schattenseiten. Sie zeigt, dass das, was wir oft am meisten ablehnen vielleicht selbst am <\/span><\/span>Tiefsten in uns steckt. Wie wir vom Verurteilen von Anderen hin zur Integration eigener ungelebter <\/span><\/span>Anteile kommen k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Kommt mit auf die Reise von Schlagerkindheit \u00fcber Rock-Jugend bis hin zu Techno-Leben, von <\/span><\/span>Hawaiihemd \u00fcber Ballett-Tutu bis hin zu Raver-Brille. Mal leise und Mal laut. Pers\u00f6nlich,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>involvierend & ber\u00fchrend einerseits. Wild, divers & bunt andererseits. Biographie:<\/strong> Leona Knobel, studierte Gymnasialschullehrerin mit Sport, Deutsch und Philosophie, <\/span><\/span>brannte als kreative Seele schon immer f\u00fcr Kleinkunst und Performancekunst. Inspiriert\u00a0<\/span><\/span>von diversen Musikfestivals begann Sie als Jugendliche auf Poetry Slam-B\u00fchnen, erst als <\/span><\/span>Poetin, sp\u00e4ter als Moderatorin. 2020 schrieb sie au\u00dferdem ihr essayistisches Buch <\/span><\/span>“Dezemberliche Denkanst\u00f6\u00dfe”.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Im Laufe ihres Sportstudiums und mit zahlreichen Tanz-Kursen und Workshops verschob <\/span><\/span>sich der Schwerpunkt, auch mit Eintritt in die Akrobatik-Szene, von Wort- zur K\u00f6rperkunst. <\/span><\/span>Sie war jahrelang Tanztrainerin einer Tanztheater-Gruppe in Kassel, organisierte sich im <\/span><\/span>Kunst-Kollektiv dort, welches von Musik Jams bis Modenshows breit aufgestellt war. <\/span><\/span>Aktuell moderiert sie am liebsten gro\u00dfe Akrobatik Gala Shows und unterrichtet Akro-Yoga <\/span><\/span>und Acro-Dance auf Festivals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mit YOU ARE EVERYTHING bringt sie erstmals ein Solo-St\u00fcck auf gro\u00dfe B\u00fchnen, in dem sie <\/span><\/span>ihre verschiedenen Talente vereint. (Keine perfekte Tanztechnik, aber daf\u00fcr umso mehr <\/span><\/span>Herzblut und Storytelling!)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this interactive dance performance, the dancer takes us on a journey\u2014at once entertaining and profound\u2014through various musical genres and dance styles, all the way to our own shadow sides. She reveals that what we often reject most vehemently may actually lie deepest within us, and shows how we can move from judging others to integrating our own unlived aspects. Join the journey: from a childhood of *Schlager* music to a youth spent in the rock scene and a life immersed in techno; from Hawaiian shirts and ballet tutus to raver shades. Sometimes quiet, sometimes loud. Personal, engaging, and moving on the one hand; wild, diverse, and colorful on the other. But above all, one thing: alive\u2014’cause You Are Everything! …For a more open, peaceful, and tolerant world<\/span><\/span>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Biography:<\/strong> Lona Knobel\u2014a qualified secondary school teacher specializing in PE, German, and philosophy\u2014is a creative soul who has always been passionate about cabaret and performance art. Inspired by various music festivals, she started out on the poetry slam circuit as a teenager, performing first as a poet and later as a host. In 2020, she also authored a book of essays titled *Dezemberliche Denkanst\u00f6\u00dfe* (December Food for Thought).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Over the course of her sports studies\u2014and through numerous dance classes and workshops\u2014her focus shifted from the spoken word to physical art, a transition further fueled by her entry into the acrobatics scene. For years, she worked as a dance instructor for a dance-theater troupe in Kassel and was active in a local arts collective that produced everything from music jams to fashion shows. Currently, she primarily hosts large-scale acrobatics galas and teaches Acro-Yoga and Acro-Dance at festivals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
