Movement Improvisation Workshop: Exploring our presence in the group

This workshop explores the relationship between the individual and the group through movement and improvisation. Inspired by the research of the Omihli Company and developed during a residency at Protagon Performing Arts last winter, it opens new perspectives on self-awareness and awareness of others in a shared space. By exploring the dynamics between oneself and the group, participants will learn to create together while respecting their own individuality, thereby opening up the possibilities for harmonious and innovative common creation.
