In this workshop we want to deal with the political history of Samba and use our own bodies to let the resistant practice of dance and the rhythm from Bahia become effective in ourselves.
The workshop is part of the empowerment offer “Telling (Hi)Story” of the Anne Frank Educational Institution and will be led by the dance theatre teacher Bárbara Luci Carvalho.
