Ein autofiktionaler Solo-Abend von und mit Mateja Meded. Erzählt wird die Geschichte eines “Aliens”: ein Kind, das vor dem Krieg nach Deutschland flieht, und heute als Künstlerin im deutschen Kulturbetrieb gegen Klassismus, Gentrifizierung und die Vereinnahmung ihrer Geschichte durch selbsternannt “diverse” Kulturschaffende ankämpft. Ihre Warnung an die Gentrifizierer: “be aware of the yogastudios.”
Vor allem aber ist dieser Abend ein Befreiungsschlag: die Emanzipation davon, gefallen zu wollen, die “gute Ausländerin” zu spielen und sich fürs Dazugehören klein zu machen. Ein Stück gegen Habitus-Passing – dagegen, sich an Codes anzupassen, die nie für einen gemacht wurden.
Kommt vorbei für einen Abend voller Wut, Witz und Empowerment. Von uns für uns.

Biographie: Mateja Meded ist ghettolektuelle Künstlerin. Sie arbeitet als Schauspielerin, Autorin, Regisseurin und Filmemacherin, geboren in Jugoslawien, lebt seit 1992 in Deutschland. Während ihres Studiums an der Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, arbeitete sie bereits am Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin arbeitete.
Ihre Inszenierung “keeping up with the penthesileas-from white feminism to neoliberal feminism”, wo sie Schauspielerin, Koregisseurin und Koautorin war, wurde in Zürich hoch gelobt und gefeiert. 2025 inszenierte sie am Schauspiel Stuttgart die Uraufführung von “KI essen Seele auf (Orpheai)”, die ebenfalls hoch gelobt wurde.
Mit “fotzenschleimpower gegen raubtierkaputtalismus” feierte sie bei den Wiener Festwochen 2024 einen Monolog, der als erstes Stück des Festivals ausverkauft war und bis heute erfolgreich gespielt wird.
Pussy slime power against predatory totalitarism
An autofictional solo evening by and with Mateja Meded. It tells the story of an “alien”: a child who flees the war to Germany and today, as an artist in the German cultural scene, fights against classism, gentrification and the appropriation of her history by self-proclaimed “diverse” cultural workers. Her warning to the gentrifiers: “be aware of the yoga studios.”
Above all, however, this evening is an act of liberation: an emancipation from the desire to please, from playing the “good foreigner” and making oneself small in order to belong. It is a piece that challenges “habitus-passing”—the act of conforming to codes that were never designed for you.

Biography: Mateja Meded is a “ghetto-lectual” artist. Born in Yugoslavia and a resident of Germany since 1992, she works as an actress, writer, director, and filmmaker. While studying at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, she was already working at the Maxim Gorki Theatre in Berlin.
Her production “keeping up with the penthesileas—from white feminism to neoliberal feminism”—in which she served as an actress, co-director, and co-author—was highly acclaimed and celebrated in Zurich. In 2025, she directed the world premiere of “KI essen Seele auf (Orpheai)” at Schauspiel Stuttgart, which also received high praise.
She celebrated a monologue at the 2024 Vienna Festival with “pussy slime power against predatory carnivoreism”, which was the first piece of the festival to be sold out and is still being played successfully today.
